Fascial stretch therapy (FST) is a form of table-based assisted stretching that focuses on the fascia and joint capsule to achieve optimal strength, flexibility, pain relief and performance. It is a pain-free method of stretching, typically performed on a massage table, that can provide almost instant results.

Fascia is a specialized system of the body that has an appearance similar to a spider’s web or a sweater. Fascia is very densely woven, covering and interpenetrating every muscle, bone, nerve, artery and vein, as well as all of our internal organs including the heart, lungs, brain and spinal cord.

Customized nutrition plans.

Nutrition is one-third of the transformation equation, yet its impact is far-reaching. Though crucial to the success of all transformation goals, Healix’s philosophy on coaching nutrition is to avoid the exclusive dogmatic approach prevalent in the fitness industry.

“An effective nutritional plan begins by meeting the client where they are. There isn’t a right or wrong way to do it. We are each at different points in our journey and have unique goals and challenges. My job is to understand where you are, where you want to go, and then chart a path for us to reach that goal together.”

After a small nutritional evaluation, your nutritionist will recommend the appropriate course of action to achieve the goal. Depending on need, a course of action may include daily nutritional goals, macro-nutrient recommendations, shopping assistance, and supplementation.
